Vasiliy Antipov's Nocturne can essentially be considered the second part of his First Sonata, although it can also be performed as a standalone piece. Interestingly, this F-sharp major Nocturne was composed when the composer was living on the streets and was first performed and recorded in the hallway of a random building. We have included this historical recording alongside the original manuscript as an illustration in the video below.
The sheet music we offer is formatted according to the standards of this project and includes two lines of notation: classical notation and tablature. As a bonus, they are supplemented by another part, Allegro, which can also be performed as a separate composition.
